REIKI
Reiki means Life Force. Reiki is the energetic substance of all that is. In essence; God.
Reiki is a practice, an event, a ceremony and a healing treatment. When a Reiki practictioner consciously allows the Life Force to move through them to evoke healing and harmony in another, they are consciously directing this powerful force. The person receiving the Reiki treatment, however, is in charge of any and all change that may or may not occur within their energy field and their physical body.The Reiki experience is a gentle, yet powerful, non-invasive hands-on-healing process. Its roots go back to Egypt, India and the Orient. Reiki resurfaced in the West within the last couple decades. Jesus was a master practitioner, and being Jesus, he maintained a constant brain wave state (theta) which continuous benefited those he TOUCHED.
This was Reiki.
REIKI ATTUNEMENT
A Reiki Master has received all three levels of attunement. This has been an essential part of his or her training. There are three basic levels and a fourth advanced master level. The attunement process is a short and sometimes quite powerful ceremony. The teacher may attune a group or one individual at a time. During the attunement the Reiki Master psychically sends the Reiki symbols into the aura of the student and this in turn awakens the dormant Reiki power within the student. We all have the ability to awaken this healing energy. Everyone has a unique response to this attunement. Not everyone chooses to use the new level of power. Those who do continue the Reiki lineage.
Diane Stein's book: Essential Reiki is an excellent resource and I recommend it for anyone interested in pursuing Reiki for self-knowledge, self-healing and aiding others.
Reiki came to me during meditation many years ago. I heard the word spoken and had no idea what it meant. I eventually sought out a teacher and during a group healing lesson I experienced a profound physical healing.
One of my fellow students had asked me at the end of a practice session, in which several students had been doing healing work on me, if I had something wrong with my teeth. She said: "I saw something white, like a light, shoot out the side of your mouth during the session."
At that time I was being treated for severe gum disease. What she saw leaving my mouth was this condition; totally and completely; never to return! I believe that I needed a dramatic and consciously unasked for healing to hook me and shift my logical, three-dimential rooted mind. It worked.

All indigenous cultures have had a shaman; a medicine man or woman who attended to the healing needs within the tribe. Being an American I have been influenced by Native American shamanism, and being 100% Irish I am profoundly rooted in Celtic shamanism. In my practice they both blend. My personal soul retreaival work was with a Peruvian shaman and so all three systems have congealed and evolved within my practice.
The shaman knows that all imbalance found within the body, mind and emotions is an issue of the soul. As the soul issues are confronted and resolved the body, mind and emotions will resolve; rather than the other way around. The shaman works with spirit helpers and animal guides and walks between worlds; moving in and out of spirit on his client's behalf during a healing session.
A Shaman Is One Who Sees In The Dark
Soul Retrieval is a fundamental aspect within the practice of shamanism. The shaman goes into spirit in search of lost or stolen soul parts. When the soul parts are located they are carried back to the patient within the heart of the shaman. These soul parts are then blown back into the heart and crown of the patient. Soul loss or soul possession is quite real. It is a common belief among modern day practicing shaman that soul loss and soul possession can account for much physical and mental illnesses. I know soul loss and soul possession to be the primary factors behind all addictions.
TRANSPERSONAL PSYCHOLOGY
Traditional psychotherapy seeks, primarily, to strengthen the ego for the sole purpose of functional adaptation within the confines of the earth's three-dimensional reality. While this is a necessary part of ego development, it does not account for the primary relationship between the mind; body and SOUL.
Transpersonal psychology seeks to strengthen and develop the ego for the singular goal of spiritual advancement. Only a strong mature ego will consciously choose alignment with its Divine Self and in turn consciously choose alignment with God.
PSYCHIC DIVINATION/TAROT PALMISTRY
Combined with psychology, psychic processes are an invaluable and potent therapeutic
component for a healer. My logical, practical mind has learned to value these processes.
Tools of divination allow me and my clients to see beyond the conscious realms, to shift out of mutual transference, and reach, with relative ease, the unconscious root of emotional, physical and spiritual issues.
DREAM WORK
I have been an avid dream worker for decades. When a client reports a dream, and we sort out its symbols and meaning we are engaging in a profoundly beautiful and ancient practice.
The contents of our dreams, with a modicum of understanding, hold messages and directives as well as a reliable assessment of our current life issues and choices.
The process of dreaming, in and of itself, is healing; to unravel the messages and symbols in each dream advances each dream's innate healing gift.
ENERGY TAPPING EYE MOVEMENT & HYPNOTHERAPHY
Eye movement and energy tapping is a process of reprogramming the unconscious. Energy tapping is literally tapping various parts of the physical body combined with a verbal statement. The goal behind the conscious intention within each statement is intended to move unconscious energetic blocks, or stubborn negative thoughts, feelings, patterns and addictions. Further tapping and affirmative statements replace the negative material with positive statements.
Eye movement is a similar process. The movement of our eyes is an unconsciously directed involuntary process. When this unconscious process is consciously interrupted, by say, blinking, unconscious patterns can be then be accessed. I think of eye movement as opening a file drawer into the unconscious. Once the file drawer is open we can clear out what we don't want and put in what we do want.
Hypnotherapy is a guided meditation process with the goal of creating a deep levels of relaxation and accessing the unconscious. Hypnotherapy combined with Reiki, will greatly enhance the ability to clear negative patterns and blocks, and reprogram unconscious material.

Nothing has personally equaled in content and depth this profound body of pure, channeled work. When I found the Pathwork I felt I had finally discovered what I knew had existed, but had not yet been ready to receive.
The Pathwork's 258 lectures, delivered between 1956 and 1979 by Eva Pierrakos outline a systematic approach to the purification of the lower self.
The Pathwork blends; spirituality, psychology, metaphysics, and bio-energetics explored within some of the most profound words I have ever read. It is a comfort to explore a lecture and absorb its wisdom, and a blessing, over time, to time eventually grasp and apply the Pathwork's systematic practices. Working with this material leads to dramatic and measurable emotional and spiritual advancement, enlightenment and fulfillment of one's life purpose.

We are born with an intentional amnesia regarding our prior lives. If we knew with ease who we have been and what we had accomplished during former lives, the useful tension that is inherent in our ignorance of our past lives would be lost.
Past life regression as a distraction to one's present life task is an immature diversion. Past life information will come naturally if the material within a prior life plays a significant role in completing this life. As a healer I do regressions only if I am spiritually guided to. And only if it is clear that my work with a client will be aided by the search into the details of their earlier incarnations.
GEM STONES & AROMATHERAPY
Gem stones and aromatherapy aid in healing and restoring energetic balance, as well as facilitating deep levels of relaxation, and emotional release. The use of essential oils, sage, incense and gem stones produce a dramatic effect on brain wave activity. The spiritual properties of a stone or a feather is quite powerful. Sweeping the aura with burning sage and an eagle feather will help release negativity and clear and balance the subtle bodies. Applying lavender to the skin shifts the brain waves to the alpha state within moments after the application. The alpha state is a mild, yet deep meditative state. Combining the use of gem stones, energy work, music, and aromas profoundly heightens the healing potential of energetic session.
PROPERTY CLEARING/BLESSING
As energetic beings we are either in or out of balance. When the body is out of energetic harmony and balance we are prone to accidents, and we may even create physical disease. (dis-ease literally means out of balance.) Our physical surroundings is also comprised of energy and therefore our energy field is is in constant psychic communication and interaction with the energy field that comprises our environment: our home, car, work place, etc.
It is useful from time to time to do a property clearing/blessing. It is quite helpful to do one in a new structure, or when we have remolded, or if we feel an imbalance within our energy field; and we feel this more acutely when we are in a specific space.
It is also helpful to do a clearing when we are wanting to sell and buy a new home. In this situation a property clearing will allow us to release any energetic attachment to the old home and clear any blocks to receiving the new desired one.
The clearing I do for a space will also clear and balance all individuals (if they are open and receptive, of course,) who dwell or work in the space currently, as well as clearing all who have ever lived, worked or renovated the space or its immediate surroundings. In the process of the clearing/blessing this is a statement commanding harmony and balance, and a statement requesting alignment of the energy within the space and all who are connected with it.
The clearing is completed when I request that this newly blessed property now become a beckon of light, love, truth and healing for the planet.
A Beautiful Death
Life Task Completion
When we are ready to leave the earth there is often time, as well as an energetic and spiritual opening, with assistance, to complete, or at least acknowledge, explore and speak about the current life soul task. This opportunity to discuss our life task will greatly aid our transition. It will also likely influence our next life choices. Much can be done at the very end of our life, if we are conscious, able and willing to actively explore our impending death with a healer.
Every incarnated being carries into each life an aspect of negativity to be purified. The purification of this negativity is the major aspect of our soul task. This means that the distorted soul substance which makes up the negativity needs to be reconverted energetically.
As death approaches we might be more motivated and willing understand our current life task, speak of it, and even work on it as we prepare to leave the earth.
